Job Summary:
The OS Operations Section provides administration and management for the over 2000 instances of Operating Systems, including HP-UX, ESX, Red Hat Linux, Windows and IBM AIX. They are responsible for managing and maintaining the operating system software and utilities. The section is also responsible for providing all first-line (level 1) support for all servers and storage maintained within the USPTO data centers and Boyers facility.
