Job Summary:

About the Position: The U.S. Army Medical Materiel Development Activity is participating in an alternative personnel system known as the USAMRMC Personnel Demonstration Project (PDP). The pay band DB-04 incorporates the GS-15 Step 1 to GS-15 Step 10 grade level equivalents. In keeping with the Demonstration pay fixing policies, employees already earning a salary that falls within the pay band, or equivalent, will not receive a pay increase (promotion) upon being placed in this position.
